If you have a Learner Permit with higher categories, then you will need to provide a copy of your Leaner Permit.

If you are driving a Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) requiring a tachograph (e.g. eVans weighing up to 4.25 tonnes, or LCVs with a maximum permitted weight of more than 2.5 tonnes engaged in the international transport of goods or in cabotage operations for hire or reward), then you will need to provide a copy of the Vehicle Registration Certification (VRC) proving ownership of the vehicle, and if you are not the vehicle owner, a letter from your employer confirming you are the driver of an LCV vehicle of vehicles requiring a tachograph.

No higher categories

Your licence is Category B only. You can only obtain a Tachograph Driver Card if you are driving a Category B vehicle that requires a Tachograph Driver Card (e.g. Electric Van weighing up to 4.25 tonnes) and you will need to provide proof of ownership of this vehicle or a letter from your employer confirming you are the driver of this vehicle.
